The discussion here will be held around North east based claims company We Can Group. To understand this analysis and what it will hold, we need do define organisation itself and why are they created. As Bratton et al. (2010, p. 279) defines ‘organizations are created to produce goods or services to pursue dominant goals that individuals acting alone cannot achieve.’ As well, this company was created for the same reason, to provide service to customer/consumer. Moreover, services they provide are different from what people usually imagine, but without industry of claims, people would be paying for goods and companies interest in relation to goods, with no possible way to get the interest back. However, like any company in any industry,†¦show more content†¦Therefore, managers have to work towards their staff needs and as Pettinger (2007, p. 8) demonstrates ‘achieving things for people is based on perceptions and understanding of expectations, assurance and permanence which, together with the delivery of good quality products and services, all add up to immediate and enduring confidence.’ By all means, a good manager will always be trying to make everything that is in his power to raise the satisfactory of the staff he is supervising. However, raising the satisfactory of the staff is not the only criteria managers have to raise. In their plan of activity, as in any organisation, there has to be involved profit making. Managers have to be interested in growing the organisational profit and to see the potential of companies growth. Furthermore, organisational profit is not only counted in its revenue.
